HDFC will administer multifamily housing funding programs that support new construction and preservation of affordable homes.
Note: As a newly formed entity, these programs will transition to HDFC as funding becomes available. Some programs listed here may not currently be funded, and application timelines will be updated as new funding is authorized. During the time that these programs are being transitioned to HDFC, existing Notice of Funding Availability (NOFAs) and award calendars remain unchanged.
